What to do for a Healthy you! Feb. 23 - 27

This week we will talk about nutrition, exercise, sleep and everything else we need to do to stay healthy.  the children will make a plate of all the food groups, decide what to put in their lunchbox, and learn how many teeth they have and how a smile warms a persons heart.  On Tuesday we will celebrate the 100th day!.  In keeping with the theme of the week we will do 100 exercises and each child will tell us what food they could eat 100 of.
On Thursday after gym we will make a fruit smoothie to enjoy. Letter of the week is D and the number is 100!!

If there is anyone who would like to bring in a healthy snack for the class on Wednesday or Friday please email me.  thank you!

Please send in over the next two weeks a one gallon plastic milk or water  jug.  Please remove all the labels on the jug and print your child's name on the bottom of the jug.  If you have more than one  jug please send in just in case.
(we will be making Easter baskets for our egg hunt)
